7 Effective Exercises to Get Rid of Folds on Your Back and Sides
We all want to have a fit body, but fewer want to do some work to achieve it. Exercising is the basic activity that will make you feel better, will give you the energy to stand for the whole day. And one of the most important parts of our body which very often we forget is our back. It is the key part that keeps us straight, gives us graciousness and suffers a lot, due to the modern way of living and computer working.
We are offering you a few exercises for the back, and if you do them two to three times a week, you won’t have a problem with your back. Exercises are very simple but effective.
Put your hands on the floor and don’t bend your knees. Stand straight and then bend down again. Repeat it from 10 to 15 times.
Put the right hand down with a dumbbell and the left one behind the back part of the head. Move the arm with short moves. Repeat it 15 to 20 times
These exercises are not only good for the hands but, for the back as well.
We all play as kids doing this pose, acting like a libel. All you need to do is lay on the stomach, catch your ankles with your hands and bend forward and backward. Do it for 1-minute maximum.
Lay on the stomach. At the same moment lift your hands and legs and stay still. Repeat it 15 to 20 times, for few series.
