Ingredients:

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 garlic
  • salt & pepper
  • Rice ( 1 cup 1 person)
  • 500 grams Mushroom ( for 4 person)
  • Boiled Spinach ( 1 cup 1 person )
  • Parsley
  • Glass of White Vine

Preparation:

Fry the mushrooms with little bit of oil and glass of vine. Add the rice and mix, add the spinach and mix, add the remaining ingredients and mix. Add water enough to fill your pot. Fry till the water is gone.
